I am mostly going to be popping Ibuprofen like there's no tomorrow.
I've picked up a pinched nerve in my left hand from a bin-bag related incident. The two end fingers and one side of my hand are now in a constant state of pins and needles. PLus the RSI in my right is flaring up again.

If anyone has any idea of what a man can do with two claws instead of hands, please let me know.
