My dad was gay and
after a lifetime of trying to deny it, it finally got him murdered. Ahh, to live in the land of the free…..

My uncle had a kid when he was very young who then got shipped off with the mother to another part of the country. Out of the blue the guy turned up to see him just before he died from alcohol related death.
