I'm just back from photographing a fairly unique lighthouse
So take that. The afternoon holds playing with HDR photos, and watching grand prix qualifying.

have you done HDR before? I find it a bit hit and miss. Either they look a bit cool and mad or really really flat and dull

I've done a few before, but I didn't have a tripod with me this time
It was however gloriously sunny, but with dark rock on the beach, so hopefully they'll be ok. I'll shove some on flickr and linkify once done.

Also, if you have photoshop, then try using the HDR feature on 3 completely different photos, can give pretty cool results.

I only have CS, I don't think it's much good on that
but I suppose I could give it a go if I ever get a minute at work. (or suggest it to some of the students!)
