It's in the freezer, think I'll make it for this upcoming saturday, not 100% sure what to do with it...
... I was thinking along the lines of a pie made with a sweet guiness gravy with mushrooms and shortcrust.... but the trouble is that I don't want to mask the flavours at all, so maybe a simple saute with a port reduction and mustardy mashed potatoes?
