Georgian houses are lovely
but I'm likely only going to be able to get into a terrace at first go. Victorian it is!

To be fair, as long as it's pre 1940, it'll be decently built.

Mine was built in about 1840
It has a bit of a damp problem in the kitchen, but other than that it's rock solid.
