Figuring out some issues in a very complicated script
has just given me more satisfaction than it should have done!

For lunch I had stilton and brocolli soup with a big chunk of tiger bread. Not as nice as I'd hoped :o(

What kind of script?
That soups sounds alright, is that that Tesco one?

Its a Windows batch script
that checks a number of Progress backups either taken online or offline to ensure they have been correctly backed up, size of DBs, indexes and tables are ok, etc. then creates an HTML report from the findings.

The soup was from Sainsburys and seemed to be missing something, though I'm not sure what

I think that soup might be one that someone like The Covent Garden Soup Factory makes and puts other super market labels on.... 'cus it's identcal store to store minus logos.

Yup, I'd say that's a complicated script.
I'm pleased I don't touch Windows anymore.
