the odd thing about cardiffis when it is rainy or snowy everywhere else, it is sunny here,
but then when it is sunny everywhere else, we get rain.
i do not understand.

I was at uni there and am familiar with the strange weather you describemy favourite thing was walking up Cathays Terrace with the wind howling at your back, only for it to stop completely for 10 seconds and then blast you from completely the opposite direction.
