Chicken sammich and a bag of crisps.
I'm soooo tired.

So are you fully into the eating chicken camp now?

Yup! although I do try and eat only free range.

So, a trip to KFC is off the cards?
I agree with you though, I buy free range eggs (I don't often buy chicken), and the size and taste difference is worth the extra cost.

I did have some rather greasy fried chicken from the takeaway the other day but I'm not doing that again.
I buy the sliced chicken from M&S because it says it's responsibly farmed. All I can do it trust them.

Takeaway chicken is often a mistake
Although it's all I used to get from takeaways.

Now, I don't tend to get them at all, so much cheaper to just go home, and get something in the morning.

this is what annoys me about buying meat
I'd like to buy a chicken and bung it in the oven. But I couldn't face not eating freerange chicken, and that's quite expensive round here. Cunty students

I'd also advise taking it out of the wrapping first...

Tired too
4 more hours to go

I have to get to the gym yet.
I may just lie down at the gym for an hour and do the odd crunch.
(, Thu 11 Nov 2010, 13:00, Reply)
I really wanted to join the gym this month
But because it's only a short term contract I'm after, they're going to charge me £43 for the rest of this month (until 1st December), then it'll be £45 for that month, because I'm paying in one go.

The only reason I'm going to this one is because I've got mates there. I'll go for one month next month, then as I'm moving, I won't bother again. Plus, I will just keep notes of the exercises recommended to me!
