I've found that any usb cable, so long as it fits the camera, will give access to pictures.

One of the things I like most about my HTC is that it can be charged using just a usb cable, so I can use any that I find around.

I've got a micro-USB connection on mine
Still pretty rare, so irritating if I'm not at home
