London has you

(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:09, 1 reply, 15 years ago)
Are you channeling Badger today?
Or has Poppet moved on and left you all sad?
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:14, Reply)
I'm listening to angry music to help me through this nasty case

(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:16, Reply)
I'm listening to Girls Aloud for the same reason
Angry music makes me angry and as I have to deal with actual people, mostly mongs, on a regular basis it would be counterproductive for me to get my rage on in the office.

That said I am intrigued as to what you're listening to
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:19, Reply)
Pantera, hence the Fucking Hostile
Having a nostalgia trip today.
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:21, Reply)
Oh dear.
I look forward to slightly later in the day, when you involuntarily become a cowboy from hell.
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:22, Reply)
Y'know what?
I really like that song. I'll be moving on to Atari Teenage Riot in a bit though.
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:25, Reply)
ATR, now there's a blast from the past
You are going to be absolutely no fun to be in close proximity to all fucking day
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:28, Reply)
They've reformed, but I missed their London gig

(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:30, Reply)
At the risk of sounding callous
Doesn't ATR reforming just consist of Alec Empire changing the name under which he tours?
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:32, Reply)
Kinda, though the last Alec Empire album I bought was shit
Not angry, more subdued electro wankery. "The Golden Foretaste of Heaven".
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:33, Reply)
Oh Christ
That sounds like something Apop might have stuck on the Harmonizer album. A clear favourite for the title of most disappointing follow-up to a really fucking good album, if such a thing exists. Along with Load (if you're preared to term The Black Album as really fucking good, which is generous) and The W
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:37, Reply)
Harmonizer has a couple of good tunes on it
But is not a worthy follow-up, I agree!
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:41, Reply)
"Pikachu"
I ask you
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:41, Reply)
That is not one of the couple of good tunes ;)

(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:43, Reply)
Excellent choice
I was expecting, based on what little I know of your music taste, something like Follow The Trail Of Blood by CombiChrist. Clearly, when it comes to angry music, you don't fuck about
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:25, Reply)
No I most certainly do not!
Metal and hardcore trump Combichrist in anger stakes, but I am rather partial to them from time to time.
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:26, Reply)
The new album is immense
As expected. Easily the best band ever to come out of Norway. Hear that, Morten Harket?
(, Thu 25 Nov 2010, 11:29, Reply)
Listened to Cowboys From Hell on my way into work this morning
Followed by Heaven Shall Burn - Counterweight. Good way to start the day!
