Question:
Should I walk to the pub for a drink? It's cold and miserable outside, but I fancy a quick pint.

What should I do? I have a big coat, a hat, a scarf and some gloves to call on should I need them.

Decisions.

Then do it.
The walk will be made tolerable by the prospect of a nice pint at the end of it. Although it depends on how far you have to walk.

Probably about 5 minutes.

Do-able, then.
Just grit your teeth, put your best foot forward and march onward.

Fuck no
stay here and talk to us, it's too cold to go outside. I have chocolate in the car and it's too cold even to go out and get it, let alone walk to the pub!

Go to the pub.
You know you want to.

Nah, if you want a pint badly enough to go out for it in this weather
you go for it! It's probably not as cold in Brizzle as it is here, either.
(, Mon 29 Nov 2010, 21:47, Reply)
Not as cold in Bristol?
I'll have you know it is currently VERY cold. Thank you very much.
