Age 12, school (all boys) trip to Switzerland,
we were treated to Platoon (rubbish), Nightmare on Elm Street 2 (gave me nightmares) and Ghost (clearly, a film for girls). Nice going, teachers.
Reading your list has made me feel better about the whole thing.

Mamma Mia is shit
but I like Bridget Jones' Diary, 'cos all the reasons why neurotic menopausal hagravens like it provide the vitriol that keeps me alive.
And I wank over Colin Firth.
But mainly the vitriol bit.
