Political Correctness Gone Mad
Freddy Woo writes: "I once worked on an animation to help highlight the issues homeless people face in winter. The client was happy with the work, then a note came back that the ethnic mix of the characters were wrong. These were cartoon characters. They weren't meant to be ethnically anything, but we were forced to make one of them brown, at the cost of about 10k to the charity. This is how your donations are spent. Wisely as you can see."

A funny thing
I think it's funny when you meet British people that are on the dole and don't contribute to society in any way shape on form and they join the BNP under the assumption that all these foreigners are coming over here "taking all our jobs". But hang on, you don't fucking work! And isn't unemployment at one of the lowest levels it's been for 20 years?? hmmm...
Wankers.

Yeah, but...
I'm sure I was discriminated against because I'm WASP male. My having the word "Skrewdriver" tatooed across my forehead had nothing to do with it. Oh, no.

That's some really twisted logic you have there.
Using that logic, you could say that you can legally be murdered because you once stole a pack of sweet when you were five - after all, you cannot complain about murder when you have commit an illegal act yourself.

@biohazard
Sure - I assumed that. I still don't understand your point, though.

I was making the exact same point
not a week ago.
Trying to explain to a "I'm not racist... but" friend that a great number of "these people" speak more than two languages, have given up their entire lives to come to the UK and seem to be cutting it quite fine as doctors, shopkeepers and the like. Somehow my friend couldn't see the logic in this and insisted they were stealing "our" jobs. Oh well, buy yourself a shop or put yourself through medical school then, problem solved. Better yet, go out to their country and see how you fair, you'd probably be dead within a week. Apologies for overuse of quotation marks.

Right
I once had a racist cabbie take me home from work. He went from the usual 'taking our jobs / they're all scrounging' rant, to telling me how he spent an entire year being clocked in and out of the Thames Barrier building site. Apparently him and all his mates used to pay a tenner to the night guard, and collect a full night's wages while they slept.
I have no doubt whatsoever that the suspicion that racists have about people coming here to scrounge is based on their own failings.

errrrm
Surely (in their minds) the reason that they are unemployed is because of the foreigners taking their jobs?? So joining the BNP might seem to them as a viable solution, get rid of the foreigners and then they'll be able to work.
To clarify this isn't my opinion, I'm just suggesting this may be the thought process of those people.

Wow!
9 replies, i'm nearly famous. I might sell advertising space. At least some got my point.
There's a large proportion of people that are uneducated scroungers that generally tax dodge, claim the dole, handle stolen goods, sell drugs, are self employed but don't claim it or are working and claiming benefits. Yet they complain about foreign people that come to this country and are willing to work for shit wages to feed their families cause they can't where their from. This type of uneducated person rants about how these people are the cause of all the promblems in the UK but fail to think about the scrounging cunts we already have.
And breath......
