Question of the Week suggestions
Each week we ask a question. The idea is to generate material that's:
* interesting to read, i.e. we won't get bored of reading the answers after about 10 of them
* not been asked on this site before
* fun to answer
What would you like to ask? (We've left this question open - so feel free to drop in ideas anytime.)

my excuse was that the sound chip in the ST
sounded like a squashed banana. this may have turned into me saying it was a squashed banana.
one thing the Amiga did really well was sound

Versus?
Ha, I have both an ST and an Amiga.
My brother still has both a Megadrive and a SNES.
I realise this makes us sound somewhat greedy... so I should add that we didn't have them all back in the day. The ST arrived first, then the Sega, and the others were aquired when our sense of maturity should have known better...
But hey - what's the point in being all grown up and having jobs and earning money if you can't spend it on the things you yearned for when you were a poor teenager with no social life other than two player Sonic?

even older school...
Spectrum vs Commodore 64? I would have included the Amstrad but it was clearly in a crap league of its own.

The Atari 8-bit computers
were better than the C64 and Spectrum. 256 colours - 'nuff said.
