Don't use parcel2go.com
They will lose your expensive parcel then refuse a claim despite you paying for extra insurance because you cannot provide photographs of a missing parcel.

Send them pics of the missing parcel, see where it goes and blog about it.

Hmm. Similar story with Parcel Force.
"2 day delivery to anywhere in the world, 1 day to America" they say.
So why did my letter (an A4 sheet of paper!) to New York spend 26 hours sat in Plymouth?
And no, it hasn't snowed in Plymouth for a week.

Did they tell you when they sold you the insurance that you would need a photo of the parcel in order to claim if it went missing? Send them an email/letter including the phrases "trading standards", "financial ombudsman" and "if I do not receive a satisfactory reply within 10 working days".
