Don't bother, it sucks bag-lady's period

Edit: Bollocks, and I missed my B3ta-candle-day. I was 5.

Oh God
Jarhead sucked. I can't understand what people liked about it. Nothing happened for the whole film.

I don't know how Hurt Locker
rated so highly on IMDB. And the comments lauding over it. No real story, no character development and full of stupid errors caused by no research whatsoever. I saw them a mile off and I've never served in any armed force and the nearest I've been to Iraq is Skegness.

"Nothing happened" because nothing happened.
Since Jarhead was based on the book of the same name, which is a (mostly) verbatim account of one platoon's experience of the first days of the war it could only be that way. If you're looking for "plots" try Avatar or semething.

I liked it.
However, Marley and me must rate as the worst film ever made. Jarhead was crap too.

I don't know...
what about that alien one with John Travolta in it? I think it was a scientology movie.

I'd like to see a film about the Evil Lord Xenu
and a team of super-powered, plucky Scientologists, traveling the length and breadth of the galaxy to thwart him with their laser eyes and cunning plans.

I don't think it'll ever get made...

I'd like to see a remake of Journey To The Centre Of The Earth.
with Megan Fox playing the earth.

Me too
Though I don't know who'd play the Morlocks
(, Tue 11 Jan 2011, 14:48, Reply)
I think
they were in The Time Machine
(, Tue 11 Jan 2011, 15:04, Reply)
I knew that.

You should read the fucking book.
Dear Christ - it's essentially a week-long advert for the shallow end of California.
