Grooming Tip
Whilst it may seem like a perfectly logical extension of the service, I would strongly advise against using pedicure fish to clean your bell-end.

I don't use pummice stones or nail clippers on my bell end either.

But surely the question remains, if these fish remove dead skin like what them medical maggots do, you would only have dead useless skin there if your bell-end was never used?
