use salt. cut the corner out of a bag. scribble. job done. Or put some diesel in a tin and use a paint brush.

both equaly methods
how ever the diesle in a tin root will lead to green peace camping in the street and to much attention, the salt bag system works but again the problem is the little old corner shop owner needing a kidney to pay for the salt,thus putting you in hospital and the snow melting.
another method is to drink several cans of stella and just and stand on the targets lawn and simply piss it out into what ever takes your fancy
