Pub glass washers are surpirisng good at this too. Intense heat, but they fucking sparkle after.

Don't use the glass washer detergent to wash your windscreenIt contains a ridiculous amount of caustic soda that will damage the paintwork and attack the rubber strip that holds the windscreen in.
