well...really youre giving your seat up to a pregnant woman to make her more comfortable by giving her a break from carrying all that weight. Same thing for fat people. So no special rules says I.

Oh, I'm not saying it's not a good deed either wayBut the tears and blubbering (pun fully intended) in one of the cases tends to detract from the favour done.
