What, even worse than;

Tailgaters.
People who don't indicate.
People who indicate their exit *too early* on roundabouts.
Beige Metros in the outside lane, overtaking a lorry in lane 2 (which is in turn overtaking a lorry in Lane 1)at 65MPH.
Makeup artists in the middle lane.
Mobile phone users in the middle lane.
The Middle Lane Owner's Club in general.
Rubberneckers.
Motorway Missile saloons driven by middle management craptoasts who just *have* to get to that meeting 5 seconds earlier.
Drunks.
People who have had 5 hours' sleep in the last 48.
Short blokes who have just had an argument with their ugly wife.
etc...

Seriously - fog lights are the least of our worries.

One time I saw a lorry try and overtake another lorry.
On a fucking hill.
This lead to a big queue of people who would rather be going a bit faster than 50, and were getting rather annoyed about it.
