I can't be bothered to post all the evidence but do your research. tesco pay next to no tax in the UK, they offshore the lot.

My boss informed me that in the year of 2008-2009 they paid approximately 16k in tax. I now refuse to shop there. Yes they do employ a lot of people but it still sucks ingrowing toe nails.

So why should I dislike them?
I pay tax because if I didn't I'd be jailed. This cuntry is in a mess and it's down to mis-management and not lack of funds.
Oh, and every employee will be paying tax, and VAT will be collected, and alcohol tax and petrol tax.
If I had a million or more capital I'd not pay the cunts that run this shithole any money for the apalling job they do.

I dislike Tesco as much as the next b3tan but their 2009 report and accounts gives a figure of £788m in corporation tax. Plus any employee taxes and other levies they paid.
