I had a friend once,that I was unfortunate enough to have made a phone call to while he was 'on the job'. He was too polite to put the phone down after I'd rung him - it'd been a while since we'd talked - so what did he do? He just carried on.
After like 10 minutes he told me he just had a wank. Took me a while to figure out why he said that.
