And (insert last nights 'new music' gigwank band name here) was BRILLIANT! FANTASTIC! AMAAAAAZING! SMUUUUUUUUUUG! And Fearne Cotton can fuck off too for being her carbon copy replacement.

And that folks is the reason I finally needed to stop listening to Radio 1.

Last week on her Radio 1 Morning-Midday slot.
She gets to have a guided tour of Mister Dizzy Rascal's recording studio thingamybob.
Now, like him or not, this was just as Holiday was released and he's one of the most talked about mainstream rap/grime/whatever-they-call-it-now artists in the UK.
Firstly, she complains that it's messy, making Spinning Scamp feel a little insulted. Then;
"I see you have a TV in the mixing room here."
"Yeah, we like to check the levels on a normal TV, see how it sounds-"
"YEAH GREAT! Lets hear a song by [Whatever they were overplaying on R1 at the time]"
"Do you actually care about what I'm saying?"
"Yeah, it's great, but I need to play a song!"

Hnnngh. I want to know if he'd sacrifice high headphone-quality sound if it'd improve the sound coming from a TV setup. I WANT TO KNOW THINGS THAT ARE RELEVANT TO THE MUSIC YOU FORCE UPON US! I WANT TO KNOW! YOU TOTAL BELLEND WHILEY!

Still, she's off the air now, and I have a cheapo portable DAB so I listen to 6 Music instead.
