We might learn to like you, and vice versa. I must say, it's probably because I'm a newb, but I haven't seen all that much of what some people say about you, so I'm open-minded.

and an awful example of the human race.
Which, I accept my posts could lead to a conclusion of, but not to the stage that some people get so wound up about.

If I think you're a fool, I'll say so. With reasons, diagrams and long conclusions.

i have an update to Woodside59's "history of Parrott":
:
"Parrott - A brief history:
1. "[He/she/it/they] [is/are] shit"
2. "I've got a girlfriend, me!"
3. "I think you'll find that's wrong."
4. "YOU'RE ALL BULLYING ME (ESPECIALLY WICCA'D WITCH), THAT'S COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! PARROTT SMASH!"
5. "I'm going now, for good. This is Ripley, signing off."
6. Repeat from 1, with added historical revisionism, self-satisfaction and sly misogyny."
i suggest we add
"5a - claim you have a deformity, physical or mental, that may/may not explain away your behaviour. Pretend to know nothing about it, just that youve got it, even if the nature of the illness you have chosen makes not knowing about it an impossibility"
witness here
i rest my case.
no apoligies for length, poor thing hasnt been out much recently......

Read as Asperger's. I've been accused of having it, maybe I do, maybe I don't. Doesn't really affect my day to day life and I never put it on work medical forms as it doesn't merit inclusion. If they had "Bloody odd" I'd tick that box but they don't have one... as for Asperger's Syndrome, typical symptoms include a lack of social skills, obsessing over given topics, a preference of adults to company rather than people their own age, above average intelligence, and heightened emotional sensitivity.

"AS is characterized by:[1][2]
* limited interests or preoccupation with a subject to the exclusion of other activities;
* repetitive behaviors or rituals;
* peculiarities in speech and language;
* socially and emotionally inappropriate behavior and interpersonal interaction
* problems with non-verbal communication; and
* clumsy and uncoordinated motor movements."
Ah. Fuck. That's all of /talk buggered then!

also thinks they have mild Asperger's.

someone I don't really know asked me, in all honesty, if I had AS.
To be honest, I was just in a mood.

try this: - Asberger's is thought of by some as just how far up the "male" scale you are. If you go up the extreme end, you end up with those symptoms. So don't worry, youve probably just got lots of testosterone sloshing about inside you (i know i have, what with being rather hairy and fond of extreme activities)

Being a blokey bloke. Yup, much better.

where there's less likely to be people who really dislike you. Try building up people who think you're a decent bloke offline.
Also, it's probably not the best idea to post things that you know for certain will offend other people. If you act decently for a long enough length of time, without rising to any bait, then people's opinions will change. It may take a long time, though.
If you feel it may lead to you feeling able to go to a bash, and this is something you really want to do, then itd be worth it.

Unless I'm in reasonable mode, which is every now and then. Mainly on debates. On flamewars... well, you can see. But I'm nice in real life, unless someone attempts to break my toe with the heel of my shoe...
