NEAR THE TOP
I just walked back from the post office in a hilarious Norfolk torrential downpour. My driveway is filling with water as we speak.

I was actually soaked through three layers of clothing, my shoes were squishing, and my jeans were so wet they were actually heavy to walk in. Even the tissues in my pocket are now soaking wet. I had to put my hair in a towel.
