I stopped smoking yesterday
I feel the need to hit things. It's a shame I can't exercise at the moment.

My friend's just quit
she's making those friendship bracelet things to keep her hands busy. So far, so good.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:30, archived)
too fiddley for me
I really just want to train this aggression out.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:32, archived)
You need to get one of those inhalator thingies
they are awesome and really helped me last time but I failed when I went out boozing so I shall get it out again next week and not go boozing ever again.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:32, archived)
good for you!

(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:32, archived)

I STOPPED YESTERDAY AS WELL

I'm incredibly angry as well

it's rubbish is stopping smoking
but in a couple of weeks I should be able to exercise again and I wanted to be able to breathe whilst I'm trying to get my fitness back up.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:40, archived)
Same reason as me
My fitness is rubbish at the mo. I am going to sign up to a half marathon, somthing to work towards.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 11:05, archived)
Also
Try patches if it gets a bit much, seems to take the edge off of it.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 11:07, archived)
Patches are fucking horrible things
Probably better to go for the gum. Tastes shit but the dose should be better.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 11:08, archived)
I'm hoping to manage without
I was only smoking between 7 and 10 a day. Just with not working and sat in the house all day, you start thinking how you could be smoking instead of being bored.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 11:09, archived)
Good luck with it

(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 11:13, archived)
you too, mister.

(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 11:15, archived)
I just had a cigarette

(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:35, archived)
That said, I hope you stick with it, auld bean

(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:37, archived)

/is 5'7"

/just realised that's the same height as Richard Hammond, who also smokes
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:38, archived)
And my best mate (male) who also smokes.

(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:39, archived)
I'm 6'1" and smoke
so I declare all your data to be meaningless.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:51, archived)
Good thing you smoke
You'd be getting altitude-related nosebleeds otherwise.
(, Tue 17 Mar 2009, 10:53, archived)
Actually
you might be right. My brother doesn't smoke and is 6'4".

curses.
