Let's talk about sport.
Tell me about sport.

I baked some fairy cakes.
Soon I will ice them. This is as close as I get to sport.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:29, archived)
CAKE!
*wants*
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:30, archived)
I have some cherry scones

(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:31, archived)
I went to Aquaerobics the other night.
This afternoon I am going swimming.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:30, archived)
I know a lifeguard.
Another JMG insight.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:30, archived)
I was one for a while.
I used to look forward to the fit women getting into difficulties. One could aklways get away with an inappropriate grope.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:33, archived)
I know a female lifeguard.
and she is all of the lovely.

of course she only dates the bronzed macho male lifeguard types, and not anybody who uses a computer.

at all.

I can't swim.
Like my bike problem, this makes me rubbish.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:35, archived)
bless you
what did you do, as a child?
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:36, archived)
I was a pretty good runner.
I ended up being that geeky kid who was a bit nippy, so held the school 400m record for 2 years.

Other than that, I was reasonably good at tennis, and played left midfield for the 2nd XI football team.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:38, archived)
fair enough
swimming and cycling is FUN though.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:41, archived)
Not if you can't do it :(
I did try, but it was somehow just beyond me.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:42, archived)
Swimming is fun
Unfortunately Greenpeace tend to turn up and start holding online votes as to what to name me :(

Hey I love some sports I do.
I don't think Murray will win Wimbledon, but hope he can.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:30, archived)
I think he'll reach the final.
Federer is too much for him though, far too much.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:33, archived)
Are you sure?
My sources say that Murray has beaten Federer in 6 of their last 8 matches
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:35, archived)
Federer has more desire in the Grand Slams.

It's for kids and active people,
and gets spoilled by mulit-million pound business deals.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:30, archived)
I love cycling
I am hoping to test my bike out tonight after fixing it on Sunday.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:31, archived)
I can't ride a bike.
This is a small part of what makes me rubbish.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:32, archived)
:(
I couldn't ride a bike, I couldn't get one with a big enough frame. I now have a 22" frame and it's great.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:33, archived)
Any sport in partiicular?

(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:36, archived)
Bass fishing

(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:38, archived)
UK anglers will soon start to see a disastrous decline
in both the number and size of bass available in the important and valuable Recreational Fishery.

That is the conclusion from studies that show an alarming reduction in the number of juvenile fish coming into Southern nursery areas indicating a collapse in recruitment in recent years.

And if that isn't bad enough, this harsh winter could very well have wiped out most of the young fish expected to have recently entered the nursery areas.

I'm having a can of Coca-Cola now.
330ml.
What a day this is turning out to be.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:37, archived)
Bleh
That stuff hurts my teeth
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:37, archived)
I usually get 3 or 4 gulps down then i've had enough.
To this end I buy bottles.
(, Thu 2 Jul 2009, 12:38, archived)
But but but there's more in a bottle than in a can, so you must end up throwing more away?

*lets go of wrong end of the stick*
