it's like mozzarella, but drier, and bacony smokey. not like german cheeses though, more light and fluffy. and oh so good on pizza

we combined it with ostrich sausages, and it was a-mazing

Cheese connoisseurs like spacefish and myself wouldn't even wipe our arses with that.
We'd probably use the outside of some brie or something.
