it really isn't
in theory, i'll be having jumbo king prawns with peppers, mushrooms and spring onions in oyster sauce. in reality, however, i suspect i'll have one too many gins and end up eating the prawns straight out of the packet whilst i watch the two towers again

pappardelle with 'nduja here, should be good
I've also still got a couple 2-portion bags of ox cheek ragu in the freezer to have at some point - my finest ever pasta sauce by a long chalk. In the end it took 5hrs to cook but fuck me, well worth it in the end:

i love a good, slow-cooked sauce
although i don't eat pasta very often, as i can only manage a small amount. might make some pea and ham soup this week, need to get motivated to give the entire house a thorough deep clean first

I worked out I can access b3ta from work by creating a virtual windows machine on my Synology Nas and then connecting to that to browse the web.
Although it's a bit slow and trying to click pictures of fucking crosswalks became too painful so I'm just using my phone instead

when i worked in government, even tho i was at the top the it policy was infuhriating, so i just connected to my home pc from work. it was handy because tbh i was a real workaholic so i was hardly ever at home at all.
