Hullo willy's, my name is Queef Richard's
May I present to you this beautifully presented thread, situated in a sought after area of the internet, great transport links - and with easy access to /calendar and /FAQ, it's highly desirable to young professionals and families. The asking price is 50p's worth of out of date ham, but I have it on good authority that the vendor is open to offers.

speaking of 'realtors'
there was an article on LinkedIn yesterday from an estate agent in Manchester saying that house prices went up by over 8% last year, so maybe the COVID epidemic is a blessing in disguise after all
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 10:32, archived)
my rental flat has gone up in value by 75% in the 6 years since I bought it
my previous purchase trebled in value in the 13 years I had it, I'm a fucking property wizard m8*

*I buy the most expensive flat I can afford in the best area I can get, and then London does the rest
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 10:40, archived)
I have no problem at all with people gaming the property market
saying "OK two million people have died but we made lots of money so no biggie lol" is a bit much though

sorry this got a bit serious all of a sudden
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 10:43, archived)
Estate agents a bunch of mercenary, inhuman cunts. And that's newsworthy?
in "shit stinks" and "pain hurts" type revelations it's up there.
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:02, archived)
woah bit of a leap there
where does 'OK two million people have died but we made lots of money so no biggie lol' come into this conversation? I've missed something major here
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:03, archived)
that's them
psychopaths, the lot of them
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:09, archived)
there's a cogent argument that the WFH boom has helped rural communities though
People moving out of cities and thus spending locally outside of the usual areas
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:16, archived)
makes sense
if I could do a job for a London salary and not pay London house prices, I'd jump at the chance

you can get a three-bedroom house in Durham for seventy grand
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:20, archived)
I thought you were joking but you really can eh

(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 12:42, archived)
you would have to pay me a london salary to consider moving to durham

(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 14:40, archived)
ah

No offense, but all landlords should be guillotined
Ruining the bloody country you lot are

as a massive snob with aristo pretensions, queef would prefer the guillotine
I say he should be 'Damilola-d' in a stairwell.

It's cold, wet and there's lots of slippery melting snow outside
so I'm a gonna go out for a run because why the fuck not? Pray for me, ladies.
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:04, archived)
you gon' daaah

(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:17, archived)
I've been using the snow as a good reason to not go for a run in the morning and have an extra half hour in bed

I take issue with "great transport links".
There are handy links to some other areas of the website, but there are no good links back. Last time I went to /board, I tried to get a taxi back here and the driver said he wouldn't go there.
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:07, archived)
I ended up at some dodgy neighbourhood called ‘Calendar’
Full of freaks and weirdos it was
(, Tue 26 Jan 2021, 11:09, archived)
I followed the link to 'links' in the hope that it might get me back here.
Big mistake, it was like a National Front meeting.

I'm already in talks with rob about buying it

he won't sell. it'd be like selling a child.
admittely a child only a mother could love, and even then with some considerable difficulty. but a child nonetheless, one that is too retarded to use a regular toilet and so craps in a litter tray, but frequently misses, pisses the bed, cries all night, and vomits all over you most of the time. actually, he'd probably sell it to a ginsters factory.
