There's a pharmacy near me with a sign in the window advertising various wares, including "DISABLED AIDS."
I guess they mean hearing aids, walking sticks and stuff, but it always makes think of a couple of ten-year-old boys insulting each other with lines like "You've got Aids", "Yeah well you're disabled", "Oh yeah? Well you've got *disabled Aids*!"
