The mental has out-mentalled herself. She took half a roll of tinfoil to the shop to demand a refund, because she couldn't get it to unroll properly. They refused the refund, on the very reasonable basis that it was half used and she hadn't bought it from there. She is now demanding that the police investigate the shop.
