One person can get a gun and shoot someone very easily. Half the population dislike Trump, millions hate him. No conspiracy required. It is very very hard to shoot someone in the ear (but not also through the head) from 200m away. Seems unlikely that was the plan.

When I first saw the footage I assumed Trump's bleeding was from being roughly taken down by the bodyguards (maybe his weave had been ripped out) but I missed the moment he touched his ear before diving for cover. It seems likely the bullet grazed him as it missed. Of course while he was down and covered by secret servicemen that would have been the perfect opportunity for him to get juice WWE-style, but that seems unlikely.

If Dark Brandon ordered an assassination it would be perfectly legal thanks to the recent SC ruling.
