I can rarely be bothered with lunch.
I'm fully work from home so I'd have to actually make something and there's always something more interesting to be doing.

I've got three meetings at once at 2pm. What's the point of my availability being built into the calendar system if people are just going to ignore it?

While I'm complaining...
There used to be a thing called the National Patient Safety Agency, and they had some people who knew what they were talking about, and they collected incident data from NHS Trusts in a way that was straight forward and not at all bothersome once you'd got it set up.

That was binned and replaced with 'learning from patient safety events' run by NHS England and it just doesn't work. It's more difficult to manage, it makes incident reporting more difficult for people reporting incidents, the data coming back out is shite and lots of it just doesn't work. It's incredibly annoying to have had something that worked well replaced with something shonky.

The new system will eventually get patched and improved, and you'll get used to it, and when they change it again you'll say
the old one was not at all bothersome... once you'd got it set up
