Depends how hard Restore goes for him
hard to say you're anti-establishment when there's someone futher to the right calling you a corrupt sell-out.

But yeah... he'll probably win again.

And again after he gets recalled but if Andy Burham calls an election in the meantime it could go badly wrong for El Farago.
(, Tue 7 Jul 2026, 15:30, archived)
Why the fuck would Burnham call an election?
He's got a massive majority to lose and literally nothing to gain.
(, Tue 7 Jul 2026, 15:32, archived)
Starmer had a massive majority. Hos the fuck did that help him?
Burnham will have all the same problems as Starmer and if he deviates from the manifesto he's going to run into a brick wall. Nothing is going to get any easier in the next two years, why not pick a fight now when Reform are on the way down?

He's a big political gambler and this would be a huge punt, but if he doesn't go for it now he could be in a much worse place in two years.
(, Tue 7 Jul 2026, 15:39, archived)
You're astute
And correct. But truly the opportunity to see the thicko far right split itself and behead Reform is more beautiful and likely than Burnham gambling, although without Farage he might be more inclined to.

Looks like everyone except Count Binface is refusing to play his little game.
