Edit: In other news, my kids and I made a hamburger from a ploughmans roll yesterday. The pattie alone took 1.1kg of mince (and other yummy stuff). It took 4 of us 2 meals to eat it, and the kids still took some pattie on thier sandwiches to school this morning.
Giant German Hotdogs are next on the list :)....

I probably would have done that pattie in two thinner lots
so you could put another layer of cheese and onions between them.
