# Awww frapcakes
My eBay auctions end on the 9th, and still no bidders!

Who likes games? C'mon, I'm poor!

List of stuff being sold
Edit: ALL PRICES LOWERED, ignore what the geocities page says

# Er
why not just link to your ebay page that lists everything you're selling; then you won't have the bandwidth issues.
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:39, archived)
# Or why not
spam your auctions on a messageboard FOR TEH HUMOURS!!!!111

Evenin' folks. I am ill and I broke an exam today I think.

# i think i've found your problem:
the prices are the same as in the shops, but your games are second hand.
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:41, archived)
# I got Unreal, some mission packs,
UT and some expansion stuff for around a tenner. New.

# You're in Schaumburg!
Hah! I drive through there every week. You don't have any PS2 games, do you?
Edit: Doing a quickie EBay search, you are selling your games for more than anyone else. No wonder they aren't selling! You've got UT at $15 and I just saw an auction end for one at $4.99. You should just lump all the games together and sell them as a bundle?
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:42, archived)
# Well...
They belong to my roommates, but if you kill them you can have them all for $20.
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:45, archived)
# So...how are you a digeridude
if you live in Schaumburg? Are you originally Australian?
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:48, archived)
# Nope
Just play the digeridoo

# I used to work at a place that sold them
when we went under, they went for very cheap. Did you buy yours at zZounds?
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:51, archived)
# I remember lovely zZounds
on North Avenue?

/edit: hello, goodbye, off to a meeting :(

# I would gladly pay you in October
for the SNES today!

I'm a retro-gaming junkie, but I don't have any money!!
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:51, archived)
# Sort of Apropos to that
My son had $20 from his Grandfather and we went to spend it yesterday. We were kind of surprised to find an old-style transformer (but new) that I figured couldn't be more than $15 (but couldn't find actual price), took it to the counter to find out it was $34 as a collector's "re-issue" of a "Classic" transformer. It's still fucking plastic, isn't it? It's brand new - not an original, isn't it? Ridiculous.
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:55, archived)
# Collectors
would be more interested in the FIRST issue, surely?

All this "new collectable" crap is pointless...

I'd love the SNES too, but I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it even with all those games - I believe "overpriced" is the right word.

# buy one of the new

gp32's/

they do all the snes emus and play movies and other assorted loveliness - just got mine today.
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 20:08, archived)
# My brother's got one
but they don't actually take full-sized carts, or come with full-sized controllers, or allow you and all your mates to cluster around the screen (easily) yelling advice at the player(s) - so it's cool, but just not the same. :-D
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 20:19, archived)
# Y'see, my brain saw transformer
and thought "Power Supply Unit" - you know, like 240v AC > 9v DC. "34 quid?" I thought "Perhaps it's from a +3"
Sometimes I worry.
(, Mon 7 Apr 2003, 19:59, archived)
# I guess I should have capitolized the "T"
