of those......haven't used it yet though , i tried it out when I got it but I was poo so I gave up !

it's

a pad that you draw on with a pen or stylus, and it acts like the mouse..good for natural brush stroke effects, as above :)

a drawing pad connected to the computer

so when you draw on it with the special pen, it comes up on the monitor.
