She's definitely not dead, yet.I reckon Thomas Kingston got her up the duff at around the same time as Charles was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The Windsors had already started fast-tracking Wills/Kate for the throne in preparation for Charles' death when the news of the bastard baby broke.
Having the new Queen preganate with an illegitimate child whilst taking the throne would be a terrible look for the firm especially considering the circumstances, so they scheduled a mandatory 'abdominal surgery' to take care of the problem without Kate's explicit consent.
The 'accidental'/forced abortion has sent Kate doolally and now she's being held indefinitely in a secure facility for 'her own well-being', effectively silencing her.
I reckon she'll be let out briefly within the next couple of months, and then die tragically in a car crash whilst being chased by the paparazzi on her way home.

You misunderstand me."CAKE" is one letter away from CATE, which sounds like KATE. "D" is a shorthand for THE. "OFFEE" is an instruction to 'off', i.e. kill. "OFFEE D CAKE" is a coded message to MI7 to murder Kate, it'll happen any day now.
