Fix the problem or at the very least provide guidance on how to.Call in staff who are needed but who are currently on leave.
Hire more lawyers.
Gently and tactfully remind customer of the contract terms that address this type of situation including the bit that reminds the customer that they need to have their own in-house IT team.
Gently and tactfully remind the customer of the service level that purchasing bought (not the level that the IT team recommended and that management are now screaming for).
Hire P.R. to spin as best they can.
Bring forward planned share buybacks to take advantage of lower price.

TBF to the useless cuntslarge businesses, public services and infrastructure rely too much on internet shite (technical term) and should already have offline contingencies in place. Pharmacies especially, considering we still have the option of writing prescriptions with a fucking pen, and writing down orders and phoning them in. Technology only seems to slow pharmacies down at the best of times.
