# TJ: Does anyone remember a comedy series on the wobble box
probably on BBC 2, televised about 1996-7, that was overdubbed footage from old films? Particulary the overdubbed cowboys one.

Please be fluffy, I have snot for brains.

# was that the one where
they took an old western movie and made it into a gangster movie?
(, Sun 14 Dec 2003, 19:00, archived)
# no, they took old western movies and just completely
rewrote the script (to something very silly) and overdubbed it onto the original film (with appropriate but silly voices).

edit: not just cowboy stuff

# yeah...
i saw one where they took a cowboy mive and made it into a gangster movie with new voices and car sounds for the horses and such... but this was on canadian tv, i think the show i watched was actually a canadian show
