incurable brain disease in cattle, it can't be killed by normal sterilisation methods, it crosses the species barrier to humans, when surgeons operate on suspect human cases all the surgical instruments used are thrown away; the first case has just been reported in the US, the value of McShares and the US$ have dropped and a large number of countries immediatly banned imports of US beef.
