something to do with......Some bloke who mangled his legs in an accident but the insurance company wouldnt pay for false legs so he was selling streaming video to see him cut his useless mangled legs off with a home made guillotine and use the money raised to buy false legs but it was all a scam and he ran off (ha!) with the money...... nah dint remember it meself sorry
