What programs do you normally use for animation? I'm pretty OK with Shopping pics- though I tend to attract tumbleweeds- but animation kinda scares me. What would be the best prog for an absolute beginner? (I'm not averse to using cracked software)

if you use photoshop, because it links in pretty well with it. Flash is also good I think - I'm just getting to grips with it myself, it's sometimes very fiddly and frustrating to use, but it makes more complex animations much simpler in the long run.
