I know I can be a boring, ranting old twat some times, but the inclusion of my post in the top 10 compo entries restored a lot of faith for me.
I was expecting it to be removed, so 'Well done you'.

I'm always open to suggestion, I changed my name to keep micto happy.

It was going to be the proverbial needle, but that got lost in a pile of hay outside Wiggan.

'well done for leaving it on the page' more than 'well done for voting for it' (that would be even more pompous than I can muster!)

you can do race-based photoshopping without invoking racist stereotypes. it just comes down to the individual.
For what it's worth I have on rare occasion disagreed with a challenge here, and usually been put right with the simple statement - if you don't like it, abstain for the week.
problem solved?

I have done race swaps on many occasions, but I felt that it was poorly conceived and opened the lesser elements of the board to pointless racist bigotry (as is borne out in the compo) and that this lead the compo to show b3tards in a bad light.
Whatever though, I am really impressed that the newsletter went out with my rant included in the top 10.
