a while back yeah ... but i fell out with them when they kicked me off that love in that is 'talkgraphics.com' it's a soporifically sickening place ... and i used to wind the fuckers up ... so they kicked me about 3 or 4 times ... waiting to move to a new house to get a new ip and then i'll go back there and troll again.

yesterday about Xara extreme. I've had it over a year. I might install it this evening and have a play. I hear it's piss easy for vector work and illustrating. Then I'll look if I get any free tools too.

I've just got CS3 and no doubt that my Macromedia Studio will need a complete replacement now that all it's base are belong to adobe.
To be fair I'm one of those guys that would rather have everything and use the best of all of them rather than stick to a single package. ( as you will see from the thumbnail of an old partial desktop shot below ). I'm actually a very big fan of paint shop pro and have been since version 1. Corel PSP ( they call it paint shop photo pro now ) is a fantastic package for photo editing. it's still not right up there with tattyshop but for a fraction of the price it does not look so far away.

I even have basic free stuff installed. Everything can have a use at some time www.freeserifsoftware.com
