having seen many, many adverts for this film
in both the UK and the USA...
I think "Live free or die hard", whilst cheesy and silly, suits the apparent film much, much better than the pointless nonentity that is "die hard four point zero".

it also kinda works with the other numberless names: die hard die harder die hard with a vengeance
(although my office is in some contention as to whether the second film was in fact "die hard 2: die harder" or just "die harder")
