# Does this qualify as 'making illegal images'
I do wonder about that term in relation to recent court cases, is it Photomanipulation, or actually taking illegal photos?

If its the first one, I think a large chunk of Beta users have probably 'done a Langham'

# no I mean in kiddy fiddler cases
they use the phrase "making illegal images"

Is that photoshopping or making images by abusing people and taking photos?

# I've thought about this too.
If nothing else, some of the early things I shopped were scary babies and stuff like that. It's all fun and games, as they say, until someone looks at them in another context.
"Here we see 10 images of babies with snake's eyes and lizard tongues created by the defendant..."

# Yes
kiddie fiddling is thought-crime and you should be strung up even if you've never touched or even looked at a kid.

I know this because I read it on Have Your Say.
