I'm hoping that your ill judged email to an American lawyer
highlighting the way his image has been used here doesn't
cause Rob any problems. It's not as if American society is
known as highly litigious.

Did you also give a fake website name?
And give Rob an alias too?

oh dear.
edit: So by linking to your b3ta profiles on your Brandow page, you're making sure not to mention b3ta? Good going, shitheels.

Quite.
I know our young friend doesn't like his age to be mentioned
but it's things like this that show the difference between those
who have experience of the adult world and those who don't.

I copied and pasted the words EXACTLY from Shuya's suggestion.
Those aren't my words.

I just thought it'd be a laugh.
There's pretty much no way he can trace it to me.

Like I said
Oh dear.
Once on the internet, links can be made all over the place if someone wants to investigate hard enough, my friend. :)
edit: You also have a lot of faith in complete strangers not sending an email to him saying that you sent the original :D

:D [email protected] isn't it? :D
nah - I might be a cunt but I'm not an übercunt. Besides, I'm over 30 and too old for "look - it was him, Sir" games. Anyone else wanna offer? :D

I'd rather not have it tracing back to b3ta, now that I think about it.
Although it could lead to rob posting funny "from the inbox..." posts again.

Nah, best to keep b3ta off the radar
I'm surprised they've managed to stay under the Maddy radar so far :D

Yeah, the only email rob posted about someone not liking the Maddie stuff
was an email from a b3tan
Where are you, fanatic maddie supporters? :(

he totally could
he'd get hackers simultaneously hacking all IPs and rerouting the gaslines to nuke your house. Awesome.

It should be fine, tbh
It's not a copyrighted image (other than default copyright common to US and UK). There is no harm done as long as the face is kept out of context and the law firm in question is not mentioned. I wouldn't worry.

yes but suing someone is very different
from successfully suing someone. He can do the former, but not the latter, imo.

Holy shit nooo D:
I meant NOW his character is completely deformed! After all the shoppery! That's what I meant! Really! Oh god don't sue me :(

I'd rather make a spelling mistake than have a lawyer tear me a new arsehole!

To be honest I doubt he'd give a shit about it happening on a shoppery website to the extent of legal fightery
but a whole website dedicated to his face that isn't a forum or a blog, even if it's just a freewebs, might tip him over the edge. But then all that'd happen is he'd get Freewebs to take the site down.
